Owlstar pushed his was carefully through the dead, and icy undergrowth. His ginger fur sparkling from the ice crystals that didn't melt due to the lack of heat on his outer coat. Briskly, he shook himself sending a plum of snow into the air, just to slowly fall and regain its partners on the ground. The old cat could hardly believe his paws were still connected to his legs as he got into a shallow bit of snow. He swiveled his head to cover his blind spot. He could faintly see the gleaming ice of the river. It was a horribly beautiful sight. He wrinkled his scarred nose and took one or two more leaps before he encountered a drift and he was submerged in the frigid snow. Owlstar's front paws came through the snow, and he groped from a steady surface to cling to. Ice was in his mouth and eyes and he couldn't believe his darned luck. His torn ears were not even registered to be on his head. But with a great heave he pulled himself from the suffocating snow and sat on the bank of the river, not even bothering to groom his frozen fur as he waited.

Blueefire let out a small huff as she left her own camp. HEr dream was disturbing her but she did her best to overlook it for now. Starclan wouldn't send a message to a mundane type of warrior. Shrugging lightly she moved through out the woods, her paws sinking into the crispy cover of the snow.
She wonded if it was a long shot... he probaly wouldn't be there.. would he? Hurrying on impatiently she weaved around the trees. She could see the treeline now.
She peered out, her stomach fluttered as she saw him. Flickering her tail, trying to calm her self she stepped out....

His single green eye flickered between different emotions, but they all took no more then a second. Indifference. Happiness. Love. Confusion. He rose onto his paws, a smile on his scarred face. His torn ears flicked warmly. "Welcome back." he purred, in the same milky tone he'd used on the first day he saw her. He hesitated on his side of the river but he watched her with a strange intensity.

She could feel her tempature rise, even in this weather. "Thanks..." she muttered ungracefully as her gaze flickered to her paws. But she could feel his gaze, looking up she found his eyes and couldn't help the small smile.
Before she realized it she was at her side of the river...

A rough purr came from deep in his throat at her approach. His green eye was glinting in the feeble sun which slowly descended the sky in its escape of the suffocating clouds. The sharp frozen mud pricked his paws uncomfortably but he didn't care. For one, this cat didn't seem to flinch at his haggard appearance and she had come back to the river, and that for him was more then he had ever asked for. "Hows prey running?" he asked mildly, already knowing the answer. He had barely eaten a single bite in the last quarter moon. Pos

Blueefire scoffed "As well as any other clan is doing," she muttered lightly. She narrowed her eyes, remembering her dream....No, she told herself gruffly. Pushing that out of her mind she looked up at him, she had never been good at words.

Owlstar tilted his head to the side, his eye narrowed in curiosity. His paws kneaded the snow, and he licked his own nose, only to be greeted by the icy bite at his nose. Gave a trembling shake to redeem his appearance but the snow as fused with his thick coat. The old cat tryiabandoned his attempt to remove the snow from his fur and sat down again. "Is there something wrong?" he inquired, nervously, trying not to be nosy.

She looked up, "It's nothing.... and its kinda stupid," she rumbled embaressingly. But letting out a small sigh "It was just a dream..."

Owlstar tilted his head to the side, his savagely torn ears flicking with sudden interest. His single eye blinked, looking like an owl like wink. "Some dreams have special meaning." being a leader he knew this to be fact, but having a warrior receive a dream from Starclan was odd, but possible. "I'm all ears if you want to talk about it, or... if you don't want to..." He seemed to hesitate looking at her.

She let out a mere sigh. "You'll think im crazy..." she muttered but continued anyway. "A cat came to me, she said her name was 'Leafstar of Skyclan'" she looked over at him, doubt and confusion flickering back and forth between her eyes. "She repeted a prophecy...'The chosen five will rise to answer the call In dire need one shall fall Warriors of the Sky hidden from sight The chosen shall meet in the depths of the night'..." her gaze drifted off, when it returned it was hard, not to him but herself. "I am sure it was what I wanted, a dream oh hopes....we shouldn't bother with it..." she mewed quieter, her voice drifting off and her eyes softened again.
She looked over at him, hoping he would forget it, thats what she had been trying to do befor she came here...

Owlstar's wide eye blinked, and his ears flicked in quiet shock. His mouth curled in a smile, "I think you've received a dream from the all mighty Starclan." There might have been an edge of sourness when he stated the Clans name. "'That's fantastic!" he purred, but it trailed away into a nervous string of nearly silent words. His head tilted again, but it returned to its original position and he took a bold step forward. voice was quiet but sure, "Blueefire..." he hesitated. "Even if these past two meetings were sparse and short, I-I've really enjoyed it. I mean I know its not right, your from Thunderclan and I'm Riverclan's leader. But... I've never felt this way before with any other cat..." The tom's fur heated uncomfortably, and he looked away.

Blueefire looked up to him. She froze. She knew this was wrong but she had enjoyed these past few days, they had been the light of her life. Though, what they were doing was completely against the will of Starclan... against the warrior code. But she felt so much happier aroudn him.
She gazed shyly at him, almost tempted to do that pretty she-cat fluttering her eyes lids thing. That seemed more like a bad idea... so she didn't. She was never good at words... but if she just stood there saying nothing it would worsen the situation "I-I enjoyed it as well..." she managed through a tight throat. The statement gave her encouargement. "I don't want to stop seeing you...."

Owlstar's rusty purr gurgled in his throat, and he took one final step toward toward her and rested his forehead against her's after giving her nose a gentle lick. His next statement was solid, milky, and alluring. "I wouldn't stop seeing you if all of Starclan was against us." he purred seductively.

Blueefire let out a purr, presing gently against him she didn't care what Starclan had to say or do. This was her happiness and Starclan would have to live with it. She wondered what her clan would think of this if they found out... but she didn't want to ruin the moment.

She could sense the sun sinking, the day was ending. But she didn't want this moment to end. If she could stay here for ever, isn't that what everyone wanted when this happened? But that dream was haunting her mind, she was gonna go crazy no matter how occupied she was.
Blueefire let out a small sigh, pulling back slowly, it took much of her will to do so. Looking up into Owlstar's eyes with her own she murmured sadly. "I have to go..."
