The old tom looked back, his head tilting to the side in confusion. He flattened his ears in embarrassment, his fur felt hot and he lowered his green gaze. After a moment he returned his gaze to her, his voice was like a whisper on the wind, "When will I see you again?" His ears twisted around, and listened in the seemingly silent wood.

Her heat skipped a beat, stupid shyness. Her gaze drifted around for a moment, avoiding his. Glancing backtowards her camp then to him "Tomorrow?" She asked her voice filled with hope, and hopefully not too much desperation.

The dark tom's eyes seemed to lighten to the smallest degree, and he purred gently and licked her nose his whiskers twitching. He seemed reluctant to leave her in this icy tomb of the forest. He wearily padded through the snow, he could feel the cold weight of the ice in his fur and he seemed to slow for the quick thinking leader. Owlstar gave Blueefire a proud smile, "Until then, my dear." he purred softly. Then, like a mystic shadow he vanished into his sinewy willow trees. Their bare branches swayed rhythmically in the frigid wind.

Her eyes narrowed as she tried to guess where he fled to. She panted lightly Do not start hyper venalting, just take deep breathes She glanced around, suddenly anxious that someone would find her here and demand to know what she was doing. Turning tail she started back towards camp, her heart-beat irregular.
As Blueefire went on she frozed halfway there, she had an urge to go the island... if anyone else had a dream... they mgiht meet there right? Twirling on her paws she started to race towards the island.
