Ember slipped into the clearing. His vibrant and peircing green eyes were alive and daring as he entered with a snarl plastered on his features.
Blueestar spotted Ember out of the corner of her eye but she ignored him not realising who he was. She rolled her shoulders as she observed the clearing... boredly.
Ember walked over to where Blueestar was sitting. His eyes narrowed so it was her to see his eyes. He growled lightly, "Why isn't it the great Blueefire?" he asked with full sarcasm.
Blueestar whipped around in alarm. She looked at Ember and nearly crumbled. No, She shook her head. This wasn't her son, it was Shrewstar's minion. Straightening up she snarled at Ember, "No foxdung, It's Blueestar now,"
Ember shrugged, not caring and grinned. His breathe was rancid and horrid. His voice dropped lower, "Have you seen Sapphire? I think she mentioned something about dropping in to visit you...."
Blueefire slashed him across the face, her anger rising. She growled loudly, "Whatever you did to her she doesn't belive I am her mother anymore!"
Ember dropped his face, ignoring the blood that dripped off his face and sank into the ground. "Me? I did nothing... and neither did my master.. it was all her choice. You know it is true, your daughter abandoned you... like you did to Emberkit," He kept his voice even, refusing to hint to this cat who he truly was.
Blueestar leapt at Ember, her claws fully extended. She landed on his back, her greater weigh pushing him down to the ground. She sank her claws into his shoulders, "Leave my family alone!"
Ember let out a muffled, 'oomf' as Blueestar's weight dropped onto him. He forced his body to relax. Once he was sure he could, he slipped from under Blueestar and turned ranking his claws down her shoulders. "Your daughter left you, your kit was killed. What kind of a mother are you?" he taunted.
Blueefire whipped around, she raked her claws across his face again. "It wasn't my fault!" She shreiked. Her eyes were bright flames as she glared at Ember. "It wasn't my fault," she mewed again, but she felt as if she was lying to herself. She wouldn't let Ember know what she was thinking. It was her fault, she had failed her kits.
: Ember's paw darted out as he slashed his mother's remaining ear. A bright line of blood seeped out from the cut. "Liar!" He hissed. "You abandoned Emberkit to the shadows and Shrewstar! You didn't even try! You gave up on him. Then your daughter who actualy cared for her brother went off to find him. Did you try to look for her? NO!" He accused befor darting under her, he flipped around and kicked up with his hind legs.
Blueefire grunted, and rolled away from him. Her eyes started to dim as tears trickled out the side of her eyes. "Your right," she mewed. SHe slunk to the ground, "I didn't try for their lives,"
Ember saw the defeat in her eyes, but he wasn't done yet. He stalked up to Blueestar. Looking down at her he growled, "I know you didn't try to find me. The only one that cared was Sapphire," He paused and his eyes hardened, "She is my only family now," He whipped around. He stalked out of the clearing with a challenge in his eyes as he left his mother crumpled and deafeted.
I know Em ber isn't suppose to know how to fight but he kimda picked up a few things from watching other cats.
